Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

"great group of guys from start to finish. had the window out so they put plasric up to help keep the cold out, they kept checking with us to make sure we were not to cold.Checked the work through out the project to make sure all was good.. When finished they with us checked to make sure window did not stick when trying to crank it to open.
