"This job started out that a electrician would call, no show for two weeks, techs came out two weeks later after not showing or calling to reschedule, they just don&amp;#39;t show or call. Maybe they should refund the money paid for heat pump install until part gets installed to 100% customer satisfaction. They don&amp;#39;t call, text, email on updates or anything, they wait until you call at the end of the week and tell you it will be completed the following week. After 4 plus weeks can they just tell the customer that they are incapable of completing the work and refund the money so I can get a more reliable company to complete the job. These reviews will be a daily routine until we are refunded for a job incomplete and to be able to get what we paid for. "
