There were a couple of corners that needed some attention and they went back outside and took care of it. They had already been in & out to clean butTyler wanted me to be happy and wanted my windows to look perfect. He asked me what I thought - he didn't just tell me they were done. I felt bad mentioning the corners because I knew he'd have to go back outside and climb the tall ladder but he saw them too and wanted all smudges completely gone. "Jake and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They did a very professional job in prepping and caring for the furniture and floors. The day turned out to be raining, so the first coat wasn't drying as fast as it should. Jake offered to come back later in the day and put the second coat on, which he did. They did a great job with cleanup too. I am very happy with the quality, coverage and care that was taken and would definitely use them again and recommend others use them also."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
