Agreed upon timing of our paint project was 5 days, project ended up taking 7 days. There were multiple times in the project where we had to point out areas that had not been completed. The workers on the first day were supposed to show up at 8am but didn?t arrive till 5pm. On the second day the workers left for lunch at 12 and didn?t return till 4pm. Timing and communication of the project was very unprofessional. We did not get trim done but there are multiple areas around the house where paint made it on the trim and it is not an eye sore. We would not recommend Ybarra

Ybarra completely damaged our hardwood floors, used our Dyson vacuum to clean up THEIR mess, and left hardened polyurethane on our kitchen countertops and down the slate stairwell of the front door! They sent over a manager that was rude and completely inconsiderate. They screwed up 100% of the flooring and left grooves from the sander all over the floors. To top it off, they do NOT want to accept responsibility and want to try and fix it. I would never let them in our house again. I would recommend never letting them in your house.

They subbed out 100% of work and only collect money. They hired contractors took 9 instead of the 4-5 weeks they stated. It was bad communication and they would only come by, take a look, and didn't do anything. The actual finished work was excellent due to the subcontractors they hired.

They had to fix a part of my roof and handrail, even though it was a short job, they did excellent. I was very satisfied with the outcome . They are reliable and I would definitely work with them for any future projects at my home. Thank you !

Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad.

Raphael did a wonderful presentation, which is why I decided to go with this Company, he helped me choose the paint color for the house. Overall I am happy with the results, thank you Raphael.

Ariel was very respectful of the mobility challenges to be considered in this bathroom remodel. When he could not be available his assistant, Alfredo provided invaluable advice for both us and the remodeling team

Great work Ybarra! 10/10 on the finished project. Customer service was right at par with the quality of workmanship. Any concerns I had were answered and the small hiccup at the end was fixed same day. Single level flooring replacement took 2 days in total. Amazing work Mike!

The person I had to deal with the most had a very strong accent which made communication difficult. One night at 9:45 P.M. I had to ask them to leave. The landing they replaced looks good. The stairs are a problem. I complained when I first saw them. They came out and replaced them but they still aren't right.

We're delighted to have our glass doors sliding smoothly again, and very happy with our new handle and screen.

An 8-day project, now on its 8th WEEK. Extreme sales pressure for adding additional projects. All work is subcontracted. All pricing appears to be what the contractor would bid full price, with super builders adding a 40 percent profit margin. Ignored all my concerns about how compliance and page involvement requirements and lead times. Fast at asking for money upfront, slow at performing tasks to meet completion goals. Appears to carry no inventory to cover any hardware needs. May be ok in SoCal, but in norcal, this is a company to stay away from (not to be confused with the company building fences under the same name).

Everything from planning to install to clean up is handled in a timely and organized fashion. If you need remodeling or contract work done, look no further! Will be definitely using them again in future. They did outstanding work. I absolutely recommend themâ ¦

Their attention to detail and professionalism was apparent throughout. They worked around ours and our neighbors schedules to complete the work with the least amount of noise and disturbance. The results are incredible and the project was completed on time. An easy 5 Stars, weâ  d highly recommend these guys.

Excellent job from start to finish. The team understood my vision and made it work within a reasonable budget. They were quick, and really patient with my inexperienced questions. They were quick as well as very friendly and humble crew to rely on for my kitchen . Extremely satisfied with the services.
