"Ted, the owner, provided us with a prompt, thorough, and reasonable estimate. This was a year long project, due to extensive remodeling. We did have some scheduling issues along the way, and had to really press him in order to meet a few deadlines. We felt at times we were back burnered for other jobs. This did cause us some angst along the way. We understand that in this economic climate contractors need to take in all the work they can. However, we expect open communication about any delays or changes, and that didn't always happen. In the end, everything was well resolved. And, Ted was willing to be flexible with us when we needed to make changes to the job. He was honest and fair, and very knowledgeable. We found him to be a good and decent man. He cared about the work that was done, and wanted us to be happy with it. The inspector was very familiar with and complimentary of TC Electric's work, which certainly impressed us. Jeremy, the primary electrician on our job, was very careful, neat and unobtrusive. He was polite and always pleasant to have around. His workmanship was excellent. This was a very complex job, involving old, buried wires in the ceilings, walls, attic, installing multiple electrical panels, and less than ideal working conditions (about which he never complained). We know an older house has very unique and often extremely difficult issues. Doing this job required special creative problem-solving ability, intelligence, high skill and aptitude. Jeremy definitely had all of that. We are very happy with the quality of work that was done. Overall, it was a very good experience.
