"I found John's service on Angie's list, called him and we spoke. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather and / or my schedule but he was very attentive and extremely easy to deal with. "Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"Our project was difficult. It began in October with permits from the city and the demolition of our existing deck and garage and excavation for the new workshop space. We were delayed by intense Minnesota winter weather over and over again. Despite the set backs the Plumbline team showed up every morning, worked in the dark and the snow to build our beautiful new garage, workshop and deck. They did a great job of working with our existing, uneven structures to add sound new construction. Through it all Roger kept us smiling and laughing and the entire team was friendly, we enjoyed having them at our home."

He was the only one of several service magic contractors that personally evaluated my project, offered a reasonable estimate and followed up courteously, I found his associate that installed the skylight flashing to be very thorough and obviously an expert at roofing details. It has not been long enough to know if the solution worked. Only a season of winter will show that. However I am very confident that my problem skylight is repaired."
