Trinity was great to work with! They guided me throughout the whole process of getting a new roof on my house and garage, and covered by insurance! From the time I signed my paperwork, I had a beautiful new roof within the month. Kevin came over multiple times to talk about my options and everyone I spoke with at the company was helpful and easy to work with.

I was very impressed with Trinity Exteriors from the first meeting to the wrapping up of all paperwork details. Communication was very clear and prompt. They were able to schedule my job (roof replacement) even sooner than the first estimate. The person I met with suggested a modification to the initial bid and took time to explain his reasoning, but when I decided against the proposed modification, that was no problem at all. The crew was on time and extremely professional. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I would have no hesitation with recommending this company.

The process of installing the roof was seamless. Our roof was being replaced due to a storm. Trinity Exteriors was able to assist us with insurance and the issues we had with the Mortgage company and insurance. They were AWESOME! Currently Trinity is installing gutters for us. I was so pleased with their roof service, I went straight to them for gutters.

The crew did a very professional job. Trinity is not a company that just signs deals and farms them out. The project manager stays involved and was here multiple times during the project. There was a bit of a problem with one of the skylights, and it was promptly dealt with. Trinity Exteriors really cares about quality.

We were selling our house. The buyer did a home inspection and felt that we had some hail damage to the roof. They followed up the inspection with a contractor inspection which also determined damage. I contacted our insurance company and they agreed that there was a claim. We had already determined a closing date and we did not want this to go to escrow, plus I was moving out of the state and the weather was terrible. The easiest thing I could have done was to hire the contractor that had already looked at the roof. They however had vehicle license plates from another state and caller ID from a different state than that! I contacted 3 companies of which Trinity was one. Understanding the situation, they were out quickly to look at the roof, came out Saturday to review the quote, put it into production that Monday, worked hand in hand with the Insurance company, did the beautiful installation in the 2 days it wasn't raining, and did a beautiful job of cleanup. I forgot to mention, this was a very large job. $40K. A 3800 square foot house/garage and a out building. This group was magnificent. They exceeded my expectations, and that doesn't happen very often. I can and do rest comfortably knowing the new owners have a beautiful new home protected with a Trinity roof, gutters and sky lights. THANKS TRINITY!!!

Trinity did an outstanding job from start to finish. Will Collins convinced our insurance company that we had a legitimate claim. The roofing crew showed up on time, tore off and replaced the shingles in one day, and cleaned up well. The supervisor Chad followed up with a final inspection. The office people were always professional to deal with.

We called Trinity Exteriors after watching the great job they did on a neighbor’s house. We had some hail damage that created the need for the new roof, but also wanted to improve the ventilation in the process. The office team at Trinity worked with us to get it done the right way, while also working with our insurer on the claim. They made sure someone was here for the adjuster’s inspection and a project manager was regularly on site to ensure quality overall. The roofing team was top notch and everyone seemed to care about the work done. We are very happy with our roof and would recommend them!

We could not be more pleased with out siding installation from Trinity Exteriors Inc. Thanks to Kevin for working with us through the difficult decision and startup process and kicking things off. All went as planned with Lori, Jerod, Chad, and Sergio scheduling and communicating through one of the wettest building seasons ever. The hard working crew was unbelievable as far as craftsmanship and problem solving which every house will need in some fashion even though ours was a very modest box. One pleasing favorite example which really made a big difference was our big bay picture window which I did not think they would even touch but sealed and beautified it to match with trim boards so perfectly. Took some quick on the spot ingenuity. They went out of their way knowing something would look and protect much better and did not take any short cuts. The attention to detail was evident in the caulking, least amount of perfect diagonally spaced board ends, and difficult metal crafting to all soffit and fascia areas. Big moment in our lives so thanks for the courteous super professional job all the way through final cleanup.

This rating is specific to Trinity Exterior’s customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of their roof installers when they were onsite at my home in April 2019. I don’t feel comfortable sharing the specific details of the interaction, but I will say it involved a very racially inappropriate comment. I was appalled by the fact that I paid over $13k for a new roof, was insulted on my property, and Trinity’s customer service could not even give me an apology (which was all I wanted). Instead, they justified what the installer said to me and refused to provide any future onboarding education or training to their workers to prevent this from happening in the future. It also took them two weeks to respond to the complaint that I filed. We need some additional work done with our eaves and gutters but will be looking elsewhere.

Trinity first came to our house to inspect for hail damage after a storm in 2017, we went with their advice and filed an insurance claim. We got a whole new roof, skylight (which was leaking), and lots of other repairs. We were hesitant to trust them, but I'm glad we did because they did a great job. Aside from the actual work done, they made the whole process extremely easy and communicated with insurance on our behalf. They always kept us updated and answered any questions with urgency at all times. We truly appreciated their dedication and commitment to our needs.
