"Bid was $1,100.00, 50% down, and $100 per bag after 5 bags; the job was less than 1/3 complete, used up the 5 bags, so bid would be well over $2,000.00. That is a 50% increase over the estimate. I was referred by someone, and the $100 per bag was not in his bid, so that policy was changed within the month. Injections were not spaced out, so corner of garage broke. Garage thickness was estimated to be over 5", so that was not the problem. Not bonded or insured. Result was worse than if I had left it. Would not do that again. To replace the entire garage floor I am guessing would be over $5,000.00."
