"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. "How did it go? It was one of the best, well-run projects we've ever had done. Brian presented excellent ideas on what we may want to consider, then skillfully executed on the plan from there. Brian and the entire crew with Environmental Design are top notch, second to none. Years back, we hired Brian and Team to complete a major front-yard project. It went so well, we didn't think twice about hiring Environmental Design again. Our first and only call was to Brian! Brian, due to his background and expertise at what he does, makes the process "enjoyable" and "care-free". Brian starts a project when he says he will and completes the project right on time. His estimating, layout and project planning and execution skills are excellent. Brian is also a very, very, very nice person to work with at all times. Same with his Team. No surprise they've been together for a long time. While placing boulders, the team is expert and very precise. They performed that task for both the front and back yard projects. They care for your existing yard, by placing plywood down while entering and exiting the property. They clean the site daily, to ensure you're well taken care of at all times. They begin project days right on time (very consistent and predictable), which we appreciated. Plant selection (to ensure one will have color all year long) and layout/presentation of those plants is an excellent skill Brian and Environmental Design possess. They also recommended and we acted on it, a dripline irrigation system which runs right off the automated system. Press a button and all the plants are watered on the hillside!!! So glad we did that. We'd HIGHLY recommend you call Brian/Environmental Design, for a project large or small. You'll be so glad you did!"

"The work was good, and clean-up was fine. Bad (rainy) weather hampered the start of the project - not their fault. The crew was 2 brothers that always started later in the morning (because "they were coming from up by St. Cloud down to Mpls"). Overall, the finished project is great. Just small nits on communication."

"Richard and Anna did a great job with our gut job kitchen remodeling. They tore it down to the studs and built it all back up with excellent plans, schedule, management of subcontractors, countertops and custom cabinets. The project stayed on and met the twelve-week schedule they laid out. The Cambria countertop measurements, production and installation took at least three to four weeks of that timeline and that could only happen AFTER the cabinets were installed, so their part actually went pretty fast. They took the time to make the cabinets fit our older house's kitchen measurements/eccentricities and supplies/appliances that we used."

"Steve redid our coat closet & kitchen pantry, and the experience from start to finish was great. We had a few people come out to provide quotes, and HomeOptions was by far the best value. He was very thorough yet efficient during the quotation visit, sent us what his team drew up super quickly, and locked down a date for install. The installation was also done well, and he is allowed us to have much better utilization of space. We had him come out again to provide a quote for our master bedroom closet, and again, the customer service was wonderful. During both visits, he laid out all suitable options for our space and was never pushy or salesy about anything which is not only appreciated, but also pretty rare for these types of things. He is got a good eye for design, client preferences, & each individual space, and is very easy to communicate & work with.
