The first time he installed some bars in the shower for me.  This time I had a new refrigerator sitting in the middle of my kitchen -which was about an eighth of an inch too wide to go in the space.  Bryan was very responsive. He made time the next morning to come out and address it. He took the time to adjust the cabinets surround to allow the refrigerator to fit and hooked up the waterline for me.
