We agreed on a price for the initial trim carpentry, interior door installation and casing along with numerous areas that required correction from prior substandard workmanship. Mike and his crew arrived early, worked diligently to provide meticulous craftsmanship. A true professional, one who takes pride in his work every step of the way through to completion. It has been my experience, that sort of dedication to home renovation is a rarity of late. He isn’t cheap and he doesn’t cut corners. "We had our roof replaced, dormer added, and new gutters installed last summer (2016). They finished work quickly, ahead of schedule, and I have had ZERO issues with the roof and gutters since. Not to mention that it looks a heck of a lot better. The water situation has improved around my foundation drastically, with properly installed gutters."
