The services were wonderful. It single owned company, and he provides all the services. He communicates very well. If he was not sure of something he would ask the questions before doing anything. He was always on time. He also cleaned up after himself.

Our experience with Noah at Forever Floors was great from start to finish. Very professional and obvious quality work ethic. Easy to get a quote. Easy to work with. Scheduled date to perform service and date to have it finished by. Stayed on schedule exactly with exception of one day with a sick child, but called me even though I didn't even live in the state and wouldn't have known if he had missed a day. Still finished on time. The floors we had done are American Cherry and we wanted to go to a walnut (darker) finish. Noah did research, sent me pictures and was clear that it could be difficult to make the floors like perfect with a dark color on an American Cherry floor- the way the stain might take to it. We also have a dog with long quicks so his nails can only get cut so short (which means they are looong and easily scratch floors.) We were very worried about that so Noah very patiently explained everything as we talked over and over again about different coating options to make the floors hold up as best they can and what finish would be best. With everything he explained, we decided to go ahead with the plan and see what happened. We wanted a slightly rustic look anyway, so it seemed that what he described might work out perfect and we would deal with the dog denting our super soft wood American Cherry floors with his claws (helping with the rustic look!)- just so the nails wouldn't scatch the actual color off the floors. The floors came out absolutely perfect! Just beautiful and perfect for the slightly rustic (yet pretty) look we were going for. We've been here 6 weeks now and while the dog is putting occasional dents in the floor with his claws (due to the softness of American Cherry), the color is staying on just as Noah said it would. We are thrilled with the new look and color. It's fabulous! Oh- and once it was all complete, my husband went by to check it out and said it looked perfect. Noah called the next day and said they were going out to do one more coat (at their own expense) because he noticed a line across the floor. I guess that is where the two people working from opposite ends met up and for some reason it didn't blend properly. My husband hadn't even noticed it. But they wanted it to be perfect so they came back to fix it anyway. Also, we had made the mistake of having our woodwork painted BEFORE the floors were done. I guess it should have been in the opposite order since it's hard to refinish floors and not mess up the woodwork. Noah went to the added effort of taping off all the woodwork in those areas so as not to mess up the work we had just paid for- something I know other floor companies do not typically do. This was much appreciated. They took the care and time to do a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Initially we were were very happy with our new hardwood floor. The pre-finished flooring product we chose was Somerset - Character, made of Hickory wood, stained Saddle color. This entire area had been covered with wall-to-wall carpeting, and the new look was very pleasing. Within a week or so after the installation we noticed a few dips in the floor surface indicating that the subfloor was not level. One area near the entrance to the living room was severe, with approximately a half-inch drop across an area of about 10 sq. feet. A few other areas also had uneveness in the surface, but was nothing like this area where the foyer met the living room. Additionally, I began to notice a few other flaws in the workmanship that added to my disappointment. At the junction where the foyer floor met the carpeted hallway, another dip in the surface of the floor was very noticable and objectionable. Upon calling Noah and expaining my displeasure with the installation, he came out and looked at the floor. He immediately agreed that the floor was unacceptably uneven and scheduled the installer to come back and repair it. Fortunately we had extra flooring material left over to use for the repair. The installer complained that I was being "too fussy", although he agreed that it was not level. The installer pulled up several planks and proceeded to level the subfloor with a few layers of tar-paper ! When he finished, the area appeared to be better, but not completely level. He previously claimed that we had bought inferior flooring material that probably "came from China", although it was very expensive flooring (approx $5,000) made in Canada. Over time, this area has slowly dropped down again causing a noticable dip in the floor when you walk across it. Since it is right in the center of the entrance to the living room, it is very objectionable. We have learned to live with it, but I'm very unhappy with this installation. Additionally, I can now see several other flaws in the installation that make me even more annoyed. The entire floor is not square with the walls, meaning that the joints in the flooring planks are not parallel to the walls. The angle between the edge of the flooring planks and the walls is about 1 inch at one end, while the other end meets the wall at the edge of the planks. I am very unhappy with this installation, and wish I had used a higher quality company to install this flooring. The price was low, but the quality of workmanship was not good. We are pleased with the quality and look of the flooring material, but the poor installation distracts from the overall floor.

Noah, from Forever Floors, was quick to respond and provide a quote. He knew I was waiting to move in to my new home, so he provided me a status on the refinishing every other day. Because of this, I was able to schedule my move-in date as soon as possible. My wood floors are beautiful! Noah is a true artist. Every guest compliments me on my floors. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat.

We have red oak wood floors and the previous owner had done some DIY work on them that did not look very finished or maintained. We wanted to have the floors resanded and finished as we have a lot of traffic in the home with Golden Retriever and wanted a more clean and finished look. Noah was easy to work with, responsive to messages we left for him, and came to the house in a timely manner to give us an estimate. He gave us an estimate for our floors which we found to be BELOW the average cost for the job, contrary to a previous review on here. He was not pushy about getting back to him about whether or not we wanted to move forward, which we appreciated. When we decided to move forward with him completing the job, he was flexible and able to set up the work around our work schedules and the holidays. He started the job on a Monday morning and completed by Wednesday afternoon. As we were both working during the day, he was in the home when we weren't, and we are thankful that he was someone we knew we could trust in our home without us there. Noah worked with us on what we ideally wanted with our floors, and helped us feel confident in our decisions as to not doing a stain and going with the natural color of the wood. He answered all of our questions with patience and knowledge, and helped us first time home owners learn more about our floors in detail, in regards to the finishing process and upkeep. He made us feel very comfortable and happy that we chose him to do our floors! We are VERY pleased with our floors now. It gives the entire first floor a nice, clean, and finished look. We love the "no stain" look, and the natural wood is beautiful with a few coats of finish over it. We highly recommend Noah and Forever Floors to anyone considering work on their floors. Floors in old house with floors painted, so was a tough sanding job. Looked great when finished, and even better when stained and varnished.

My project required installation of about 200 sq ft of new hardwood and then a sanding of 700 ft existing hardwood through the rest of the house and then finishing everything to match. Noah did a great job. He rearranged his schedule after we incurred delays with other parts of the project. He was very focused on detail and I'm very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect experience. Arrived when he said he would, accomplished all the tasks he said he would each day. Always answered his cell phone when I had questions . The results are beautiful. It was one of the most painless home improvement experiences I have ever had. Noah is a good listener and accommodated all my requests. I recommend him highly.

Oak flooring was in very bad condition, it had to be sanded, stained and 3 coats of finish applied. Work was performed in a very professional manner and the quality was excellent Noah, the owner, was prompt, polite, and very hard working, he fit us into his schedule quickly and did a nice job of keeping the area clean considering all the sanding that was necessary.

Great communication. Came out the day after our first contact. Very knowledgable. He steered me away from an expensive repair that wasn't needed, even though I was asking for it. Very stand up guy.

He was excellent. He spent about six hours on it. He did a super job. He was prompt and he was professional. He had all the tools and he was knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. It was the going rate.

We met Noah, who is the owner of Forever Floors, negotiated a fair price, had an excellent experience and we are delighted with the results. The floors look better than we expected...we could not be happier with the results. We are also impressed that Noah performed the re-sanding and finishing of the floor himself. Noah was fantastic. He worked around our vacation schedule to refinish all of our wood floors while we were out of town so we could avoid the dust and smell of the finish. He also did a fantastic job and we will be using him to put down new hardwood floors in another room later this year!
