"Wolverine Contracting Design + Remodel provided us with exceptional craftsmanship for our renovation. They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

It turned out beautiful. Tom even built pull out drawers for my cupboard panty and added a heat vent along the floor. The extra time and detail they took to get it just right was amazing. "The salesperson Eli was very honest and up front and made us very comfortable with pursuing this project. The subcontractors were awesome. Joe with ProCement had a great crew poured a 16x16 slab with footings. The carpenter Tony was the best ever and was very methodical and particular about every aspect of his work. He wanted to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the sunroom as it was being built. The electrician Denny was very fast and did great work, but it took at least a month to get the final inspection. Communication with the TEMO construction contact was horrid and resulted in that individual leaving the company. Jim Hall stepped in and finally made sure the job was completed. Jim also was very dedicated at the beginning when a significant redesign was necessary. While the final product is beautiful, TEMO needs to ensure better communication/interaction between the sales person and the construction staff. We were originally told the project was supposed to be done by mid-May. In actuality, construction didn't start till May 9 and wasn't finalled out until September."
