"Jim came over .pleasant friendly. Listen to all our concerns.Took his time assessing carefully. Recommended a replacement and glad we did.We were shocked when he told us they would be here that following Saturday. Terence and his crew should up right on time . They got right to work and worked steadily for 5 hours . They were very thorough and let us know every step what they found and what they were doing. He provided before and after pics and pointed out any existing trouble spots in his view (areas of compromised roof, to name a few).
