Dinse Contracting LLCBrian Dinse and his employees and subcontractors did a top notch job from beginning to end. Our project began almost concurrently with the pandemic, so Brian faced unique challenges in carrying through, having to suspend work, per the governor’s orders, one day after he had begun. He was unable for this reason to do any work for the next six weeks. During this period, and in every phase of the project, he took pains to communicate clearly and fully with us about his schedule. Dinse Contracting is no company that shows up for a few days and disappears for weeks without notice; on the contrary, they appeared and stayed on as promised, and when they needed to work elsewhere, we knew about it. Brian and the people who work with him maintain very high standards: they are highly skilled, professional, and personable — they have been easy to have in our home over this considerable period of time. The meticulousness of their work is evident in our gleaming new bathroom, and the painting they have done elsewhere in our house has transformed those rooms beyond our expectations. 21st Century WindowsWe went with 21st century window to replace a large glass block window with a picture window. They were prompt and quick to install. Very knowledgeable about their products. Their prices are very appropriate, and they beat every quote that we received from larger companies. Cody has been more than helpful and professional, and the guys that came additionally to install were great. They have truly been fantastic to work with! We received text updates of window status and communication is awesome. We absolutely love the new window put in our kitchen, it is beautiful! I wanted to reduce the solar effects of the southern and western exposure windows in my new house not only because of the heat in the summer, but also because of the harmful UV light and the fading it would cause to my new furniture. My realtor recommended Michigan Glass Coatings and wow, I'm so glad he did! From the start of the in-home quote by Jordan to the installation by Jordan and Aaron today, I'm beyond happy! I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and neat and also VERY accommodating when I made a change midway through the installation. An added benefit of the film I chose is that the skin cancer foundation recommends it as an effective UV protectant. It's no wonder Michigan Glass Coatings have been in business for over 40 years. I highly recommend Michigan Glass Coatings!

I have been around the block and have had my fair share of dealings with construction companies... I know that writing this review, still wouldn’t give out enough credit and praise to this FABULOUS company! The owner Mark and his assistant Cody, first came to our home and went through all the windows that should be replaced... I knew they were an honest company and wasn’t out to take advantage of us in the least bit... After they assessed the windows that needed replacing, I asked about some of the others to see if we should replace... The answer we were given was; why would you want to waste your money, these other windows and sliding door are in great shape!… Wow!, was that ever refreshing to hear. In addition to that, we had asked if they would be interested in doing more exterior work for us; replacing some of the old wood around the house. They figured out what was rotting and replaced it with painted new wood. This company came out, and while working, they might notice something small that needed to be sealed up or fixed even... They didn’t have to do the little extras, but guess what... They did and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!… We will NEVER, hire another company to come out and do our windows or projects. I am a long lifer with this company from here on out -Couldn’t be happier. The job went fast, the guys, Tom, Alex, Jimmy, and Cody were there on time, considerate beyond belief . They made certain that the property was clean after every single day and made sure we were happy with every single thing that was going in and on for all those days. When the projects were finished, they came back out and rehung our blinds back up. I must also mention that Tom, can custom build and trim out around posts and windows like I’ve never seen... But, he did have his helpers to assist, and for that, I am sure that that’s why and how he can do such great work. Jimmy, Alex, and Cody, BIG THANK YOU to all of you guys to. I’m sure “ Mark- owner” must be pleased knowing that he has the Best crew around! Happy holidays guys!... Looking forward to having more work done in 2021.

James came out and we spoke, there was a verbal agreement that the job will be done in June of this year, but when my husband tried to contact him a month a half ago and again about 3 days ago, he didn't respond. James was unresponsive after that March meeting. We totally understand the pandemic situation, but he could have at least notify us if he is still interested in doing the job for us.

Excellent service!! Chris made contact with my wife, set up a time to complete the repairs and met with my wife. He had to replace the dishwasher, so they went to a local retailer to buy a new one, which he installed quickly and efficiently. He easily corrected the problems with our ceiling fan and dishwasher, and adjusted a window balancer in the master bedroom. Terrific value and experience--will recommend and definitely use again!!
