These people are so great. They did my whole house a few years ago and I recently had do something else. They are top notch and very professional. They know what they are doing and their suggestions are spot on. Neil, Nancy and Ross I thank you!

Terrible products, even worse customer service. Replaced a motor once, product still doesn't work. The owner started screaming at me when I told him I was concerned that a second replacement motor would not work. SCREAMED at me. What good is a "lifetime warranty" if they have to keep coming back every few months to repair their terrible product? I would avoid them at all cost. They do not stand behind their products.

Budget Blinds of Birmingham did a top notch job! From understanding our needs during the estimate to a flawless installation, the entire team was great. In particular, Ross did an excellent job mounting the blinds and shutters. He was pleasant, very efficient and cleaned up extremely well. Pricing was also really competitive. We would definitely use them again.

Neil and Nancy are wonderful and helped me select a style that perfectly matched my home. Instillation was quick and seamless. Neil and Nancy are so easy to work with and professional. The plantation shutters are even better than expected and greatly enhanced the look of my home. I have recommended Neil and Nancy Disney of Budget Blinds of Birmingham with complete confidence many times over the years. Just recently one of my plantation shutters was not attaching magnetically at the top. It was hardly noticeable but I called Neil and Nancy and asked if it could be adjusted. They came within a few hours and fixed it in less than 5 minutes! Best customer service ever! You can not go wrong and I would 100% recommend!

Extremely satisfied from start to finish.  Only complaint would be the long time for shipping.

Neil and Nancy Disney and son came to our house on their initial visit to share samples of shades available.  
They also spent nearly an hour helping us select the best color for the shades to compliment our decor.
They individually measured all 21 windows in the living/dining rooms and kitchen areas.
On their second visit, they hung the blinds with great care and precision.
We love our blinds and the Disneys' work.

The team was fantastic - from helping me select the perfect treatments, to scheduling the quick and tidy installs.  I couldn't have been happier.

Just great.  Initial consultation was comprehensive and measurements are on file should we want to replace current window treatments.  Installation was excellent.  Neal was neat, efficient.  The bath skylight was particularly challenging but we were more than pleased with the result.

It was excellent. They had good advice and we were very satisfied with the results. Also, in earlier years, they did excellent work for window treatments in our bedrooms.

The experience was very good.  The sales rep was very helpful and pleasant.  She showed up on time and easy to get a hold of.  When they came to install the installer was very courtesy and clean and he too was there on time. Made sure to explain everything and that if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call.   I was very happy with the product and the installation.  The price of the product was very reasonable as well.

They did the window treatments on 2 of our town homes. We were pleased with the outcome. We actually just moved and we will be using them again.
