Blinds In Motion

They never received the message I sent them through you

I had them come here and I ordered more blinds. This is the third time I've been with them. I keep using them because of their service, professionalism, multiple options for me to look at and great guidance to a good product.

They did an awesome job. I work afternoons and need black out shades for a window and arch'ed window in my bedroom. Blinds in motion got all the blinds to fit perfectly including the moveable arch blinds.

Wrong blinds for one of the rooms ..... And the blinds in the great room fell of the wall 6 months after install......I was told after weeks of phone calls to send a pic of the part that broke and Ernie would order it at my cost.......now that blind will not go up or down. We have been more than patient with blinds ion motion. I've left message with Ernie his wife and now there answering service. Still no call back. So with that said I Wanted to make that if anyone uses blinds in motion that they lack anything you would consider professional.

I've been using Blinds to Go for over 20 years and Ernie has always been really great to work with. He comes to the house to measure and talk about options, and always seems to be able to find a good deal for me. Frank was really great for my last installation when we also had another contractor here doing some unrelated work. He took down the old verticals and took them out to the trash for me (those things are really heavy). We love the new cellulars - I can adjust them up or down so easily! They were the perfect solution in a room where we wanted some privacy without blocking too much of the natural light. They are my go-to guys when I need window treatments.

Ernie came out to do the measure and sales, and was easy to work with. Though his quote came back a little later than the others I called, it was worth the wait because: 1. They had the best or equivalent price to the 2 competitors I priced, 2. They offered all name brand products for this price, 3. They had the shortest lead time for the shutters (4 weeks vs 6-10 weeks of competitors). Frank and Mike came out to do the install and did a great job installing and cleaning up after the install. All packaging and debris was removed from the home, and install was complete in about 4.5 hours.

Ernie and Frank were great. Came in, made recommendations and went the extra mile to make things look really good. They were really concerned that were pleased with our purchase and installed a quality product. I could not have been more pleased with what was installed. I get nothing but compliments on them, especially the shutters and the and quot;specialand quot; door treatment they worked so h******. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were great! Very happy with their services. I did not like them when they first installed them, so I had them switch them around. A couple of weeks later, I called them and asked them to switch them back, they had no problem coming back out and most cheerfully! They were the most reasonably priced.
