"my wife and I were shopping for a replacement sliding door for the back of our house and ended Up ordering from Hansons. Product 3/5 The door is nothing special. it'll keep the water out (presumably) and its not ugly when its closed but it's not particularly attractive. the latch plate looks like it was just slapped on a door it wasn't designed for. I don't know if that's normal or if it was manufactured improperly. We didn't have a lot of time to decide a handle color because of the sales guy so we tried to change it the week after we ordered but they didn't do it. Pushy sales guy 1/5 Other quotes we got all came from the guys who would be installing the door themselves and were very knowledgeable about the product and process. Hansons sent a generic pushy salesman. My two biggest gripes with them were the pressure (you need to buy today or we'll charge you even more) and over promising on the install. We have a rotten rim joist below the door that the salesman looked at and assure"

Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops.
