"A team of 5 came the day after I hired Gray’s to remove an aging magnolia tree and its stump, trim another magnolia, a lilac and a forsythia, and remove overgrown greenery encroaching on my backyard from the park behind my house. It took about an hour and I was quoted $1800 with a $100 discount for cash. This team did not remove the stump and fill in the hole with dirt and sod within 2-3 days as written on the work order. They told me to hold back $200 to be paid upon completion of the work. No one came to complete the stump removal. After a week I texted, emailed and called (left a voice message). No response. We will have to either complete the work ourselves or try to find a reputable company to finish. So very disappointed in the job done by Frank and Jason. I thought they were better than this. Don't waste your money with them."

Scott is a strong gentleman who takes his work seriously and uses “measure twice, cut once “ mindset so he could do his job “perfectly!” He is a very focused worker who does quality jobs anywhere from cutting pipes to shorten, plastering the tiles for showers, bathroom floors and tiles for our kitchen walls, painting (his lovely wife did that) and grouting as well. Once there was a minor problem between the quartz countertops crew where the top wasn’t balanced correctly on the cabinets and together Scott and his fellow workers were able to regroup and come up with solutions very quickly. Scott is a family man who works during the week so he could focus on his family on weekends. You may get to see photos of his children and his toys as well! Ace Bath and Kitchen did a fine job from welcoming us, Wendy scheduling contractors, coming up with a few drawings that Adam created and Steve watching over our list of items that we wanted anywhere from tiles, bathtub, countertop, cabinets and even drawer handles/knobs. From my experience, as long as we were out of his way, I was happy that I didn’t have to stay in the basement. I was able to do some sewing in my living room while watching him putting together a beautiful kitchen!
