"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

My business is pretty simple. Currently I am a one man business. Beautifying your home is my main objective. Depending on job size I do have one other professional that I may utilize. I have had the best of customers and seemingly enough, my customers become my friends as many have over the years. In most occasions, I ask for a "starter check". This usually covers what materials I need and a 25% down payment of the labor cost. I will gladly accept a check but I also take cash as a payment.

"The initial work on my small deck however, the stain disintegrated within a few months. Chris Adams, the owner, warrantied the stain and asked to restain it in the fall of 2019. He was too busy and told me I would my job would be the first on his list in the spring Of 2020. The preparation was done in the summer, however now he says he is again too busy and short staffed! Do NOT hire!"

When you should repaint your house is largely up to you since it’s primarily a cosmetic update, but many people choose to repaint when they notice signs of fading, bubbling, or peeling paint. In most cases, you have to sand crown molding before painting. This is due to the nature and design of molding. It’s not a flat wall, so uneven surfaces will be immediately noticeable once that paint dries. Sanding down the surface smooths everything out, leading to a satisfactory result. If the trim is already smooth, such as with new crown molding, you can give it a light sand with 120-grit sandpaper.

Because satin paint has a sheen to it, it will highlight curves and contours. While that’s great for trim, it’s not so excellent for your repaired drywall that has a few small blemishes. In addition, satin paint will stick to your surface better if it’s primed. Sand and prime your surface before applying satin paint for best results.

To prep a floor for painting, start by sweeping and cleaning any loose debris that could puncture the protective material. Take out as much furniture as possible. Then lay plastic, canvas, rosin paper, or masonite sheets across the room, securing them at the edges with masking tape. Plan your painting so that you minimize the chances you’ll step in and track any splatters.
