"This project went about as well as I could have hoped for. Their sales contact was very informative and took the time to explain how this process works. Their prices were on the lower end of the quotes I had received. All in about $7,000 to waterproof my entire basement. They were professional, timely, and communicative. I felt like I was in very good hands. One year later, my basement has not had a single leak. I may soon be hiring them again for another project. This company is solid! I highly recommend them."

"Once the new line was installed I noticed a few issues with the drainage flow. I emailed Bob Ewing (the owner) regarding the issues I was having. He was very cooperative and understanding and told me they would "do whatever it took" to correct the situation. After scheduling them to come look at the job they completely re-worked the line to flow properly. I was very impressed with the integrity of the company as a whole. They acknowledged the error and corrected it at absolutely no cost to me and actually improved the system so it worked even better than initially planned.
The crew that came out was professional and courteous. They removed their shoes before entering the house and cleaned up everything after they were done. Dirt was raked and mounded and everything was cleaned up before they left. The backhoe operator was quick and accurate and the other employee's were energetic and worked hard to get the job done quick and accurate. I was quite impressed with this crew.
I would highly recommend E&K for your excavation and sewer line repairs. If you want a company that will stand behind it's work and believes in customer satisfaction you have the right contractor. I personally put more emphasis on companies that will "do whatever it takes" to make a customer happy and do the job right than companies that undercut their competitors but don't stand behind there work. I also like to deal with companies that will respond in a timely manner when called or emailed after there are issues and not just when selling a job. Bob always replied to my emails within one work day. This says a lot about their commitment to their customers.
I can't say enough about Bob, his integrity and his commitment to satisfy his customers needs...

"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional and was accommodating to the fact that we needed to keep the home clean due to selling it and took extra steps to ensure no contamination spread to the rest of the house. After the job was done I have had zero issues with water and we are closing on our home today. Thank you so much for your hard work and courtesy Stay Dry! They were the first ones to call me after I put in a request for some quotes (called within the hour on a weekend), and I was able to set up an appointment the upcoming Monday.
