He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. "I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."

"Disappointing experience with this company. When I asked if they had experienced drywallers, I was told that everyone on the team had over ten years of experience. The team they sent clearly didn?t have the necessary skills. I specifically requested that I not be sent someone inexperienced, yet that?s exactly what happened. I ended up having to supervise the repair work and point out flaws that should?ve been obvious. Despite my feedback, the worker couldn?t fix the issues and claimed that I wouldn?t notice them once I painted. Additionally, when asked why he didn?t tape the three-inch hole repair, he responded saying it was too difficult to tape a circle. That was ridiculous ? it's just two pieces of tape to make a square over the circle. He also didn?t know how to feather out the repairs, leaving an uneven finishes. I contacted supervisor to express my concerns, and he promised to come out and inspect the work, he stood me up twice and then stopped responding to my calls and texts."
