The painter bought the supplies and we reimbursed him - believe that was about $1000. The painted understood that we were converting this house to a rental. He had good advise about what to paint, and what wasn't necessary. He seemed very committed to doing a good job and having the finished project one he was proud of."

From the start, my communications with John and Sean were excellent and they were both very accommodating when I asked to change the work scope. The job consisted of wall and ceiling repairs and painting in two rooms. My project was small and Sean completed the repairs. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"These guys were awesome from Day 1! Had a relatively small painting project. Most painting companies were not interested. A couple of them (highly recommended to me by the paint store) quoted me over the phone without seeing the project, And, told me I would have to wait until their "slow" time (several months away) before they could begin the work. . Saumier called and e-mailed me and stayed in touch throughout the duration of the project. They actually came out to my house. Spent a lot of time with me and came up with some great suggestions I ended up incorporating into the job. The actual paint work was meticulous and there was no mess to clean up.
