The painter bought the supplies and we reimbursed him - believe that was about $1000. The painted understood that we were converting this house to a rental. "These guys were awesome from Day 1! Had a relatively small painting project. Most painting companies were not interested. A couple of them (highly recommended to me by the paint store) quoted me over the phone without seeing the project, And, told me I would have to wait until their "slow" time (several months away) before they could begin the work. . Saumier called and e-mailed me and stayed in touch throughout the duration of the project. They actually came out to my house. Spent a lot of time with me and came up with some great suggestions I ended up incorporating into the job. The actual paint work was meticulous and there was no mess to clean up.
