"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. Bottom line, I am so pleased that I will keep him in mind for any other jobs that I may decide to do in the future."

I couldn’t have been happier.  They said they were five weeks out on the work and true to their word, they were here to do the work as promised.  The work took less than a day and a half.  The crew was professional and personable and they even put up a small piece of gutter guard that had blown off my two story house in a windstorm.  They took care around shrubbery, cleaned up, hauled away the tear off, and even went around with a magnet to clean up loose nails.  Excellent work.  I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.
