Absolutely professional and respectful. Crewmembers and owner knowledge base of ideas and projects big and small they could do it. Owner is above and beyond the standard. Very competitive prices. When I needed my wrap around porch built I did not hesitate. There is no one in my neighborhood can believe what this business did or can do. Don't punish yourself and look further.

We had bought this property 20 years earlier, and had gutted the inside of the house. We thought we could do this project ourselves - ha! When we decided to actually finish it, we really didnâ  t know where to start. We called a few contractors who wanted a boatload of money to finish this. Then, we called John. He was great to work with! They were always on time, and dove right into the work. If not for John McManus, we would not be living in our house! We are truly grateful for his help and the work they did! We would definitely recommend Fair and Square Construction!
