"Metzgers called and let me know when tech was 1/2 hour out.  Tech showed up on time. he was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions..  I also asked him to light my pilot on my gas fireplace, which I had problems doing.  He did it in  a few minutes and again explained what he was doing.  
On his way out I mentioned my central air unit which is an older unit but working fine. He said he take a quick peek and said it looked great, gave mea couple suggestions and said just keep having it serviced every year and I may get many more good years from it.
It was a very pleasant experience and the Techincian, Joe, was great doing business with.  I would not hesitate to call Metzgers and ask for Joe to service my air conditioning in the spring

He is professional, knowledgeable, equipped, and will talk to you about what he's doing (in case you're like me and like to know what's going on with your system). He will run the needed tests to diagnose what is wrong. He won't just listen to your compressor and try to sell you a new AC. I contacted three HVAC companies through Home Advisor on a Friday night.
