Bel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning-Kalamazoo

I contacted Bel-Aire Heating & Air for a furnace and air inspection and they were able to get me in quickly. I knew my furnace was older and wasn't operating very well and their tech was able to confirm what I suspected was happening with my furnace. They scheduled a comfort advisor to come out and give me some information on furnace and a/c replacement so I could plan that in proactively rather than waiting for it to stop working. I was very impressed with the salesmen and their knowledge. We never felt pressured to purchase anything, and loved that there were options at different price levels to meet my needs. I decided to purchase both a new furnace and a/c. They just finished the installation and I am super pleased with the service. They completed the job faster than they quoted and were very careful in my house and did an excellent job of cleaning up from the installation to completion. I would absolutely highly recommend Belaire Heating & Air Conditioning if you are looking for the best heating system at a great price. I love my new systems. the guy unplugged the ignition and said we had a "carbon monixide leak" and "red tagged" it. the guy was 1 1/2 hours late. this was the south haven BelAire. If anyone is in the vanburen allegan county area do not ise this company!!!! what a rip off and completely unprofessional

We've decided that its time to replace the old one and will be coming back to quote install a new one. The workers were very good, professional and descriptive about what was wrong and needed fixed. They went through the process well and answered all of my questions.

Showed me where the fuse to AC was so if it went out again, I could purchase one and avoid a service call.

They were very prompt, they informed me thoroughly about what was going on and what might be needed in the future and I felt very confident that everything was going to be working well.

The technician was fantastic. He walked me through everything and showed me where the cracks were and all that. He then came out again to do the full replacement of the heat exchanger. He did an excellent job. He was a super nice guy, but because he was so busy with that, he forgot to do something else that was part of the maintenance, but he got the safety issue taken care of. I am part of their preferred package where you get priority scheduling and annual maintenance. So, I use them every year.

I used the Bel Aire annual maintenance contract for the 4 years I owned my home. The annual spring AC checkup and fall furnace checkup was always worth it. The technicians were punctual, courteous and provided explanations for everything they did.

it went very well.  Bel-Aire very professional

He told me he will replace the humidifier filter. He charged me for one, but two months later I checked it and it was not replaced. It was all full of calcium so bad it was flaking off into the cover. It look to me that it has never been replaced in 3 years Since they installed it. Also, the humidifier started to leak 3 months after being installed. They came out one told me it was not installed properly. They changed out the pipes and fixed it. Then they then sent me a bill for $154.00 for fixing what they didn't do right in the first place.

Randy came out and did the most thorough test I've seen in my 68 years! Can't say enough positive....
