Excellent communication with Sal, having to do with the details of the repair. Very cordial, friendly and efficient.

Needed to return purchased items from Build.com and Plumberstock.com. Sent wrong items. So that held the job up a bit. Not Andy's fault. Andy's crew did an amazing job and they are the best! Would not look for another plumber.

After initial call there was a couple day delay for the return call to schedule but once they called back they actually got to me the same day. I have a leak in kitchen ceiling that has been hard to solve so decided to have them check the wax seal and replace which they did. They were very professional, no complaints!

Excellent - Andy did outstanding work! There was concrete work needed to level the base, and completed the work very cleanly. The shower looks fantastic.

Did it quick, works great!

Andy came over first thing Monday morning and fixed us up fast! He knows we have a handicapped child plus 2 toddlers in the home so he didn't want us to be without water. Great service and a great guy, we will never use anyone else!

Andy had the replacement put in in a VERY short time. He said he was quick and he was correct. Good service...nice guy.

Work went very well. Andy has amaxing skills. He was able to quickly & efficiently diagnose & repair a major problem that several other plumbers weren't able to fix or didn't even want to take on. Andy had to cut into our walls to get at the leaking pipes. It could have really awful, but he was super careful & did a great job of cleaning up when finished. Andy is clean, professional and definitely someone whom you feel good about having work in and around your home. We'll never call anyone else to do plumbing from now on.

I called him at 830, he was over by 10! Asked me some very thorough questions & I showed him the basement ceiling. He did some checking in a few spots & told me he was sure he knew the problem. 30min later it was fixed & he was done & on his way!
