"Wow - totally impressed. &nbsp; I've had a raccoon problem in my fireplace for about 6 months. &nbsp;I only now decided to do something about it after a few recent sightings of the mama raccoon on my roof, and my dog desperately scratching at the fireplace door night after night. <br /> ACT came out the same day I called, and was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire job. &nbsp;As no live raccoons were found, he only charged me to put the caps on my fireplace, despite the initial quote being slightly higher. &nbsp;All in all it took about an hour. &nbsp; <br /> If I have another issue like this in the future I will definitely call ACT first! &nbsp; &nbsp;Thanks again for the great service! <br />show more

"I could not evaluate the price because I didn't conduct price comparison shopping before the service.&nbsp; However, AAA Bees One provided me with a 6 month warranty, should I need it.&nbsp; Mr. Walton was to my house the day after I spoke with him.&nbsp; He confirmed that the service could wait until the next day, then called in the morning to schedule a time for service, which is what we agreed we would do when I spoke with him.&nbsp; It only took him approximately a half hour to spray and freeze the wasps, then pull the next from above the ceiling.&nbsp; He made a hole in the ceiling that looks about 1/2 the size as the next looked. He then covered the hole in the ceiling with tape.&nbsp; He was friendly, considerate, and professional. <br />show more

"I used this company last year, they were so friendly and explained exactly what would be done. We had several sprays and it worked great. Not sure what happened this year, always a different tech, said they used garlic, but no garlic smell immediately after spraying (always could smell before), in and out in under 6 minutes. I called and said I had to cancel due to ongoing poor service, explained why and they just seemed like it was no issue. Very matter of fact , just said, sorry, your service is canceled. Save your money, they could care less about helping customers.show more
