Overall pleased with the look of the folooring. However we were suprized that sub contractors were used and a different ccontractor showed up on day two and refused to correct the error made by the contractor from day one unless I paid an additional $600. Several attempts were made to correct the issue, but only recieced call backs from thier sub contractors. Never heard back from sales rep T. Johnson.

The sales person, Daniela, went out of her way to provide me the best service! Daniela called the flooring representative to get full size samples for me to view in home. When I was pondering which floor would go with the rest of the kitchen, Theresa (owner) offered to come to my home and help with an opinion. The overall experience was great and I would definitely work with them again.

They carpeted our whole house and did an adequate job. However they didn't clean up after themselves. The market is too competitive for this to be acceptable.

Frank the owner came and measured for us he has such a great personality liked him right away. We had a particular carpet color and look in mind. He went back to his store and found us exactly what we wanted but a much higher quality. The pricing was about $500.00 less than Home Depot. We ordered the carpeting took about one week to come in and they asked me what day would work for me with installation, so we picked the day. The installers showed up on time, they were polite and professional. The carpet installation is text book looks gorgeous.
We were very impressed with every aspect of Ultra Floors we didn't think companies as good as this existed anymore, but they do!

I called for an appointment for my carpet repair because I discovered that Ultra did in fact repair carpeting. The faded section by the doorwall had to be replaced and the carpeting from the linen closet was chosen as the place to find the replacement. The two workmen arrived on time and went to work. Oddly enough the replacement procedure does take about an hour but I was glad to have the work done because replacing carpeting that is 11 years old is not a common job to get done.
I paid with a check which had to be written twice because of some problem with repair being one account and new installation another account.
I asked the workmen to take the measurements of the foyer and then on October 5th visited the store on Hayes.
There were no measurements for the foyer and there were no left-over pieces Ultra decided that it was such a small job, eic.
Professionalism was lacking
If I needed carpet repair I would go back and to Ultra because of the sarcity of carpet repair people
I would not go back to Ultra for any new carpet installation.

The price was slightly higher than Home Depot, but the quality of carpet was much better. The carpet looks great, no complaints.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY TOOK LONGER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE COST WAS NOT IN LINE WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
