SIDE JOBZ

Everything was excellent. The repair of the drywall left a seamless finish. The primer and paint job blended extremely well with the rest of the ceiling. I have had drywall repaired before and the end results were always poor (ridges). I would highly recommend this company! We are just thrilled with the results. And the price was much deserved. All of the employees were a pleasure to work with.

I contacted Mark around October 2016 about some seemingly simple siding repair. I sent him a picture of the damage, he quoted me $150 for the repair to which I agreed, although I thought it was a bit expensive for what seemed like less than an hour of labor and no itemized invoice of parts required. His contractor showed up in a reasonable timeframe, spent less than 30 minutes on the repair, I paid him, and he left. Fast forward a few months, and I noticed that the exact same issue with the siding has returned. I contacted Mark and let him know that I was unimpressed with his company's workmanship. We exchanged a few emails, he sounded like he would fix the situation, and I waited. And waited. Fast forward a few weeks later to now, I called and left a voicemail, to which he has not responded. Bottom line: I have been underwhelmed by his customer service, underwhelmed by his company's workmanship, and underwhelmed by his billing methodology. I would not recommend his services to anyone. Granted, my job was a seemingly small one, but everything about it was handled poorly, in my opinion. It went very well. Mark was very professional and responsive and though there was a slight change from the original quote due to a first shoddy attempt on my half of doing it myself, the adjustment was understandable and very reasonable. Mark worked with the least intrusiveness to get the job done quickly and stayed in good communication.

Quality was excellent, workmen were tidy and inclusive. Communication was very good -- when the crew was uncertain about something, or a problem cropped up, they always conferred with me. Price was fair, considering the work that had to be done.
