My master bathroom was transformed from a 1962 boring en-suite bathroom into a beautiful euro style bathroom. He was ALWAYS available for even the most inane questions and his crew is absolutely FANTASTIC! I was so pleased that we took out a HELOC loan to get the second bathroom done. I figured it would be nice because of what had been done with bedroom-WRONG! They surpassed our expectations. Sam, Marcus, and Larry are PHENOMENAL workmen. I could not believe that the second bathroom was even prettier than the bedroom bath. The recommendations that were given were right on point. "We needed a second garage door specifically for a riding lawn mower and an open window between 2 rooms in the house with a counter under the window, He did a sloppy job on the garage door, installing a USED door, with NO key and we canâ t even fit the mower thru the door, rendering it useless... On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"
