"There is like a hundred dollar deductible per visit. They take care of supposedly just about anything internal to the house. They do appliances, plumbing, electrical and that type of stuff but to be honest we are not happy with them. They keep reducing the coverage. They are kind of costly. At the beginning it was a great thing but it has become costly with the reduced coverage. It kind of depends on what you have done. We've been with them for probably 4 or 5 years.
