We were given a proposal that mentioned rebuilding the roof structure to prevent future pooling. The old rubberized roof was pulled off and a new one put in place but we were disappointed at first with the results, seeing some water still collecting in one area. When we informed the company, they sent their engineer out to investigate. What was needed, he decided, was guttering that had previously not been present. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. When they were finished, our house and bathroom looked like it had never had any construction done, except we were left with a beautiful walk-in shower! We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Hanson’s were absolutely wonderful to work with and we would definitely choose them again if we needed their expertise."
