I am a contractor with around 10 years of experience. I am efficient and skilled, with all of the proper tools for any interior home job. Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Flooring. I do not offer: tile, roofing, siding, or windows I prefer to be very direct to avoid jobs I am not efficient at and to avoid giving quotes. I charge a flat rate of $50 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. I perform most jobs faster than most companies that charge much more. I have helpers available at a higher price if needed for a job. I have a pickup truck and can transport materials. I am booked from March to October of every year, and will only be able to take jobs from November to February
