The owner came out to bid on the project. He was very responsive to our needs when making suggestions about which Carrier systems would work best for us and our home. The installation team was very professional and knowledgeable. They could have simply installed the equipment, but they made several overall improvements during the course of the installation. We're very happy with this top of the line HVAC system.

They were quite responsive and did a wonderful job with the installation and removal of the old water heater. It can be a messy job, but after they were done, you wouldn't have known they were there. They were quick to respond to my initial call, and prompt to install the new water heater. The technician that worked with me was professional and friendly. I would recommend again and will probably use them for my furnace as well when that goes.

They were out right away. So, we've been very, very happy with them. We had them out every year to do a quick run over of the furnace to have them out ahead of time. They're very responsive, always answer our questions and they are here. We're very pleased with them. I think at this point they charge us each time. It's always a fair price. They would like us to get a service agreement with them. The only will come out for any reason if people have an issue with something, he's come to the door. Often they do send the same people out because one of their representatives is a first name basis with us because he lives right on the corner, so he tends to come to us either around lunchtime or the end of the day so he can go home right after because he lives one street over. We see him often when we've called he has often been the one to come. He goes over and above. There's a couple of things that's come along that wasn't expected. He always checks it all the way through. He never just did what we asked, he checked everything through and made sure it was all set and done.

For the past three years our furnace would not start properly. I had two other service people look at the problem, which was that when the furnace started the burners did not ignite properly,so the safety features would shut down the furnace and then start again for ignition.After 3 cycles of this, the blower would go on and blow cold air,until the power was shut off. This situation lasted for two previous winters.The previous two techs though they had the problem solved ,but the misfire went on.
Then the service tech from Nieboer came out and spent two hours first checking out gas pressure in and out which was off,checking out venting in and out, checking the sensors,and checking the burners and came to the conclusion that my orifices needed replacing. The tech had to order them and the following week came out and replaced them.
Now the furnace is running properly with no misfires.
To me this what should have been done previously, so I applaud the company for having service techs that really know what they are doing

They do excellent work. They were the most professional company that I have dealt with. Their technician went into a great deal of detail so that we would be informed with exactly how the these systems work.

The technician came out exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed our problem and corrected it. He also gave us information on how to keep our heating plant working correctly and he talked to us about how to get the most out of our air conditioner. He was very professional, yet did not talk down to us. He took the time to explain everything he did and everything we could do on our own. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
This is not the first time I have used this company. They put a new furnace in my former home while I was caring for my ill parent. It was in November and my mother never felt a chill as they removed the old furnace and installed the new one quickly and expertly. The cost of the new furnace also was reasonable.

Repair was completed in a timely manner. Technician was prompt, polite, and had adequate knowledge of the equipment.







When the bill for services was submitted, it was a shocker! I was being charged for time to diagnose the problem, a charge to return to my house, and fee to install the part. There was no charge for the part because it was under warrantee. At the time the problem was diagnosed, the technician estimated the cost to install the part would be $90.00. No other charges were indicated.







When I contacted the service manager to discuss the charges, she was curt and obtuse and indicated that the owners felt the charges were fair. Also, when I asked why I did not receive the senior citizen discount, she said that I needed to request it at time of service. There is nothing on their WEB site that requires a customer to request the discount at time of service.

The initial contact was very professional, they arrived on time and scheduled the work promptly (the air conditioning unit on our home shorted out and we were unable to use it, of course, during the hot week in March!). We had been planning on replacing the furnace and the hot water heater was starting to go, so we figured we would go ahead and just do it all rather than risking the furnace going at an inopportune time.
The available packages were discussed with pros and cons of each. Recommendations were made based on the space and layout of our home. We were made aware of rebates on the appliances, and the company filed as much of that paperwork as they could. Installation took two days, as planned. The installers arrived promptly and finished up at a reasonable hour each day. They were very conscientious about not leaving behind a mess and took care to not soil the carpets when taking out/moving in the new appliances. The only glitch was on day two when my husband asked about the humidifier; apparently that never made it onto the order sheet that the installers had, though it had been included on the estimate. They quickly sent one person back to get the unit while the other continued working at the house. It maybe added an hour to the total time it took to install everything. The installers were knowledgeable and willing/able to answer questions about maintaining the units. The work looks well done and so far we have been very pleased--the air conditioner and furnace have been tested, the humidifier will not be run until fall.
We would use them again and have recommended them to a neighbor. The cost was on the high side, but paying for quality appliances and quality work is OK with us.
