I work with everyone; from competitive strongman and powerlifters with specific lifting goals, to postpartum moms trying to strengthen and tone their body, to older folks who are simply trying to move better and live longer. Whatever the case, I am a thoroughly knowledgeable trainer eager to help! In addition to these specialty services, I also assemble/install furniture, outdoor/play equipment, and appliances, as well as Holiday decorations from time to time. My competitors may have been in business longer than I, but I am here to provide expert service at a very fair rate, and will focus entirely on your needs throughout our time working together. I am a contractor with around 10 years of experience. I am efficient and skilled, with all of the proper tools for any interior home job. Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Flooring. I do not offer: tile, roofing, siding, or windows I prefer to be very direct to avoid jobs I am not efficient at and to avoid giving quotes. I charge a flat rate of $50 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. I perform most jobs faster than most companies that charge much more. I have helpers available at a higher price if needed for a job. I have a pickup truck and can transport materials. I am booked from March to October of every year, and will only be able to take jobs from November to February
