I am a contractor with around 10 years of experience. I am efficient and skilled, with all of the proper tools for any interior home job. Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Flooring. I do not offer: tile, roofing, siding, or windows I prefer to be very direct to avoid jobs I am not efficient at and to avoid giving quotes. I charge a flat rate of $50 an hour with a 3 hour minimum.
