"I contacted them in 2015 for a quote and never got around to getting the work done. When the floor got worse and I could see into my basement under the adjoining room, I called them back up. They were prompt and honored their previous quote with minimal inflation. My floor was bad. It had settled as much as 2 ft in some places.
