"I have been using Todd for all my home maintenance needs since 2012. He has probably performed around 5-6 jobs for me in total. A few conventional, a few not so much (custom work). He is extremely professional, intelligent, and courteous. He works fast, and absolutely knows what he is doing. He provides receipts, and walks you through exactly what the best course of action to take is, depending on the project. Home depot in Okemos recommend him to me for all around custom home work. I got really lucky that day. If it is anything home repair or construction building related, I believe TN Construction is the best choice around for price, quality, and timeliness. Theres nothing this guy can't handle."

"I am embarrassed to admit we spent over $40,000 for a bathroom remodel in the existing footprint. We were sold on Dreammakers’ project management and the attention to detail we were promised due to the owners being engineers. We have only one bathroom so getting the project done quickly was paramount. Dreammakers failed BIG on both the engineering and project management front. Project Management: Kami our project manager was here once after it started. She had the wrong materials delivered and installed which caused a month delay (and this was pre-Covid). Engineering: Every time my upstairs neighbors flush their toilet or use their shower I hear it through the walls. We’ve told Chris the owner about the issue and they offered to quote us to fix it. In addition to above attention to detail and quality was lacking. Here are some pics of the quality. -Dry wall patch after they put the toilet paper roll in the wrong place. - They left anchors in the brick- also the mirror is 2 years old and has discoloration - Paint they got on the tile with installation- that they “fixed” - but it reappeared I expect zero from Dream Makers based on the interactions we’ve had I just really hope I can save someone else from making the same embarrassing expensive mistake we made."

"Look for another builder. Great plans and home layouts. Focused on production, production, production and closing to get their $$$$. NEXT! Took months after close to get yard installed, welcome to mudville around house. Subpar workmanship and horrible warranty program. Tile in shower uneven, trim unfinished and grouted in drain so could not unscrew. Backing up due to construction waste being put in drain. Padding stapled in areas, creating indents and uneven carpet feel throughout house. Water leak at 14 months, after warranty expired, flooded upstairs bathroom, garage ceiling, kitchen wall and surrounding areas due to missing plumbing connector under sink. Had to follow up and reiterate punch list. Warranty work a constant fight and you have to do all the work and follow-up to get things finished. They do not follow their own promised warranty follow-up schedule. Skipped walk through. Still working out warranty issues at 14 months. Lack customer focus or concern. Production and getting paid are keys for this company. You are a number only!"

"recently had them service a Samsung dryer. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment, which is the new normal, I guess. The guy that came was a bit awkward and uncomfortable to be around and they did not have the parts needed to fix the dryer (the guy implied he normally would but that someone took them off his truck). Nearly 1 month later, they still hadn't been back to fix. I had checked in a couple times for an update and the guy that answers always seems bothered and says there's nothing they can do since they can only order from ONE place. so. I ordered the parts off Amazon, they came to replace and the guy was just as uncomfortable as the first time. this time he implied the parts may never have even been ordered. any ways, he got the dryer running but now it makes this God awful screeching. I do not want to call them back so will likely just have to buy a new dryer"
