Description of Work: Dennis Rozen built our new house. We were very pleased with his responsiveness to all of our questions and decisions. We started with a general idea based on a house we had looked at when it was for sale. Dennis and his architect helped us design exactly what we wanted. The construction went well with few delays and they were mostly weather related. We still have some Spring things to have done such as outside painting and finish grading, and a couple of interior plumbing fixes but we LOVE our new house!!!
