Excellent builder. Mike is a gem of a builder. He went over the blue prints thorougly, we met over 2-3 weeks- spending almost 24 hrs even before he gave us the bid. He understood the plan in detail, gave suggestions how to improve over architects plans. His sons Dane and Zelko helped us in giving the best suggestions. Once the work was started, he was very punctual, ALWAYS HAD OUR BEST INTEREST IN HIS HEART. Worked on the weekends, finished >5000 sq foot house in little over 6 mths. A thorough gentleman, suggesting improvements as we went along; it was a pleasant experience. He gave us the option of upgrading what we liked with no penalty. He knew exactly what to anticipate, planned accordingly. We would recommend Mike. He will get your home built with his sincere efforts. He has experience building homes since 1980s.
