"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. When I asked if they could take "one more pass" with the magnet for nails they said no problem and did another sweep. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
