Power Control Electric, LLCMy rating is based on price. When I called they wanted $65 just for repairman to show up (no diagnosis) then $80 per hour to diagnose and repair. This seemed a bit steep given one had no idea how long they would take to diagnose and repair the problem. No guarantees for what one would pay.
There's nothing worse than the A/C failing the first time it gets really hot. Monica replied quickly, and Don was out on time. We anticipated a big problem since this was a rental property and the previous renter had "fixed" the furnace on his own, which affected the A/C Don fixed it...
