We were completely satisfied with Hometown Heating & Cooling from the time I initially called for service until the problem was corrected. They have definitely gained my trust and loyalty.

I called them to come out just before Labor Day weekend and they said they could get someone over after the holiday. I expected this anyway. The repairman scheduled a time of "afternoon" he "got busy" and could not make it until 6:15PM. Yes, it is late but he could have just brushed me off but he didn't. He spent three hours diagnosing the problem, and came to the conclusion he needed to order some parts. You may think he spent all that time so he could charge hourly labor, not the case the company charges one set fee of $65 for each job. No matter how long they're there or how many times they need to come back it is still $65. He came back when the parts came in and fixed all that was wrong. Even after finding another problem he did not charge us extra. Our oven works great. Appliance repair is expensive and I had heard this company was a bit on the pricey side, however the service was excellent all the way through and they make up for the price by having set fees. I would use them again.
