"They were professional and quick. It was a bit pricey in my opinion but most plumbing usually is. We had a clogged drain and they did a mechanical snake from the roof down the vent pipe for $450. They also threw in a 30 day warranty in case the snake didn't fully clear the block, which is reassuring. However, they were confident that the block was resolved. Toilets and shower are draining so it's looking like it worked. Would hire again."

"I had called couple of different places to come unclog my Toilets and see who had better prices and Jacob Hudson was the one his prices are good and he was on time he very friendly and nice and he got the job done really quick and it didn't cost me a arm or leg for him to come out and do the job I would recommend Jacob for my plumbing issue later down the road if I have anymore problems he very reliable and honest"

"Not listed above, but they installed a toilet and heated toilet seat/bidet combo. They went above and beyond in our miniscule bathroom. The toilet (Lowes) had a broken plunger when they opened the box, so they had to take the one off of our old toilet and we will have to replace at our cost, according to Lowes . (We only have one bathroom, otherwise we would have returned it). Took almost three hours because the space is so cramped and we have a 1930's house so everything is not level. They kept us apprised of all they were doing and everything was tidy when they left. I would definitely recommend them."

The first step to clearing the air in a line is to locate the cause. This is usually a blockage in either the drain or the venting system. Once you clear the issue, flush the system by actually flushing the toilets repeatedly. This should allow the trapped air to escape, thus clearing the lines. Don’t be surprised if there is increased bubbling as the air makes its way through the system. 

After flushing the toilet, you should have about half a tank full of water. While the exact amount of water you’ll have will vary, you want to make sure you have enough to cover the bottom of the bowl and enough to sit above the P-trap drain. While low water in your toilet bowl can indicate a problem, too much water can also be cause for concern.

The normal water level in a toilet bowl is about halfway full. The water should sit above the P trap drain because this creates a seal and suction. When you flush the toilet, the suction keeps sewer gases from entering your house through your toilet. Anytime the water level is higher or lower than half full, you need to make adjustments or replace broken parts.

If you notice water coming out of the bottom of your tank or the flush handle, you obviously have a leaking tank. Water on the side of the tank can indicate cracks. Other signs include the toilet running and flushing without anyone touching the handle, needing to jiggle the handle to make the water stop after flushing, or needing to hold the handle down to empty the water tank.

If you notice that your toilet is leaking puddles near the base, the leak is coming from your toilet bowl, and the water could be unsanitary. This is a situation that needs to be dealt with immediately—call a nearby plumbing repair pro right away. A contained leak from tank to bowl is not as urgent a situation, but it could be raising the cost of your water bill—have it looked at as soon as you can.
