"The team at Dana Insulation is top notch. From Tom in sales to the installation team everyone was courteous and professional. "Ron from Ecology Products , INC He was very professional and explained All the different option's and feature's of the World of Insulation's...I Learned a lot that day. They showed up on the date and time we had Scheduled and even called the day before to make sure we would be home. His crew came in introduced themselves. "We tried Comfort Zone among several providers because it quoted the lowest price.  The highest quote was $430 from A rated provider from Angies list.  Another quote was $150.

They came on time.  The owner (apparently) and two workers.  

I saw how they did.  They grabbed leaves and branches piled on the gutter cover and washed the gutters afterwards.  They did all gutters of our home (2900 sq. ft, two story building).  

The work was done in one hour.  They did not charge extra.  They did not try to sell other services.

Despite some mixed reviews (which concerned me), I think that they are honest and did excellent services.

A garage ceiling needs a vapor barrier if it’s a heated garage or if you’re installing insulation in the ceiling. Without a vapor barrier, you risk moisture issues and mold growth. If you have an unheated garage and don’t plan on installing insulation that could get wet and harbor mold, the ceiling doesn't need a vapor barrier.
