Dedicated, worked HARD in EVERY home I entered, sickness/health. I earned trainer position & LOVED my job & everyone. I'll capitalize GENERAL points, followed by an explanation for those interested in what happens when you work hard for someone for years. *NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR SINGLE MOTHERS with inevitable, beyond control circumstances being more likely. INCLUDING DEATH IN the family that may require grieving & funeral travel. **NOT A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU AGREE WITH SENIORITY LOYALTY/PERKS & JOB SECURITY Dedicated 2.5yrs, hired 1 week ago. Makes no difference. My hrs/consistent clients were taken from me, given to new hires during slower times, including holidays. Cutting my hours, when I SHOULD have been safe & given loyalty. She over hired, i trained, & MY KIDS & I PAID THE PRICE! No decency of a heads up/communication, I just noticed days i wasn't on the 'ever-changing', inconsistent schedule. KNOWING I have a family to support & couldn't make ends meet without my usual/consistent hrs/tips. UNRELIABLE/UNPREDICTABLE & SELFISH GREED. Definitely NOT VALUING YOUR DESERVING EMPLOYEES who stood by, & defended, u for years. **NOT A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A CLOSE KNIT "WORK FAMILY"/TEAM U CAN RELY ON & form friendships with. (Not that anyone stays long enough anyway, as they weren't as blind as I) You're not SUPPOSED to exchange #'s with coworkers, communicating only through an app that's monitored by the owner. ZERO sense in that if the goal is to create amazing work magic & flow as a business should. **PAY NEVER AS INITIALLY WAS PROMISED**When pay was hourly, my pay increased, but NEVER to the max amount promised when hired. Wanting to pay as little as possible. The raises became so scarce, I had to stand up & voice that I was deserving & worth more than the pay I was idling. In hindsight, when my pay did increase, it seemed as if she was "trying to make me quit", not wanting more out of her pocket. (New hires=less pay) All the little things I excused, defended, dismissed & dealt with because I loved my job. **NOT A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE A MANIPULATIVE, DECEITFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL BOSS. She advertises/leads with false pretenses, portraying to be what shes proven NOT to actually be. Using enticing bait to attract the innocent, genuine people. I learned the HARD/PAINFUL WAY. Believing I was truly lucky. I was fooled/deceived. Advertises "open, transparent" business who VALUES wmployees. FALSE ADVERTISING. When I felt safe & barred my heart & soul, sharing my personal troubles with her, she had said I was "OVERLY EMOTIONAL"!?! ? Health issues, MULTIPLE family deaths & everything spiralling at once will do that to people! NO COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING, SYMPATHY OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT FROM MY BOSS whom I believed to be all those things. Even text me back "I'm not reading that." To a message I sent, pouring everything to her. People find the strength to share difficulties in different ways. She's only about herself. BELIEVE ME, MANY PEOPLE CAN TESTIFY ANY OF THIS. NO, im not a bitter ex-employee, out for revenge, etc. I waited almost a yr to share this with clear logic instead of initial clouded, raw emotions. **if I can prevent 1 person from similar pains, then i've done the community a service** The TURN OVER RATE SPEAKS VOLUMES."
