2 cleaners only spent 1 hour. Destroyed the fringe on two of my oriental rugs, only cleaned 2/3 of the glass in the shower, dried shaving cream left on bathroom counter, didn't clean stove or clean kitchen counter underneath cutting boards. This was the first cleaning so one would assume it would be good-not the case. They did offer to come back and clean again, but I was afraid they would do more damage. They did not offer to repair my rugs which will cost 3 times what I paid for the cleaning.

We have been with TCA almost a year. We are really happy with everyone associated with this company. We have the same team every time (bi-weekly). They have been very responsive to concerns, and credited our account the full amount to replace a broken item. They are exceptionally professional and have proven to be reliable and responsible. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with them.

They use ecologically safe products. They come and do more than what is expected. He sends two girls at a time to clean my house and they use toothbrushes to cover every detail! The girls are professional, they come in and get busy. They do a wonderful job and the house smells excellent when they leave. The owner is very professional. He gives you a list and an estimate. If you have a question, you can always call; they make themselves very available. They are such a wonderful company to deal with! Also, if you have a particular cleaning need, they are willing to work with you. I have a lot of old antiques and he customized a cleaning plan for me. They do not use the harsh, toxic cleaning chemicals that you typically see. I just can't say enough good things about them.

The cleaning performance was just ok. I did have them come back because they did not clean something that was in the contract. They do the minimum amount of work that they have to. They are usually on time, once they didn't show up at all.
