I wash / clean specialty rugs such as hand woven from Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey etc. and machine made rugs like Karastan or Wilton, Stark and Sisal Rugs as well. I wash / clean all rugs "personally". I pay special attention to detail such as colors, stains, pet odor and fringe/tassels.

Robert was very professional. He came out, explained how the carpet would be cleaned, and rolled up the rug and took it to his facility to clean. He provided an exact figure for the rug. He was very prompt and the rug was cleaned and delivered when he promised. He did a beautiful job. We've had this rug since 2004, it was custom made, and this is it's first cleaning. I highly recommend Robert. We'll call him again.

They were extremely professional. He worked with us, as we were not in a hurry to get the rugs back. The rugs were beautiful! Their service is on par with the best options out there. He picked the rugs up, which was a real bonus!

The owner was professional, courteous, and cared a lot about our satisfaction. He spent a bit more time with the rug than we had anticipated, but it had been rolled up for decades and he needed to get the creases out. I think had we brought in a rug with less issues the timeline and price may have been a bit better, but overall we are very pleased.

One gentleman came to pick up the rugs. They were taken to be cleaned and were returned to our home with the same gentleman.

Robert came to my house, inspected my rug, provided an estimate and took
my rug. Robert came back the date he said he would return, with my SUPER CLEAN rug.
The rug is beautiful. It looks new. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
We were having a party, and Robert said he would get the rug back before the party and he delivered on his promise.
Robert's service is exactly what I wanted. One phone call, prompt service, pick up and delivery and delivered on time.

eProvider very responsive and willing to adapt to my request to clean our room sized oriental rug in place. Because of the size of the rug, he adjusted the cost. It was very fair. He came a few days ahead to look at the rug to make an estimate and plan. He arrived on time, did a beautiful job. I will use Shuwb Oriental Rug Service again.

They were very good. I have not done oriental rugs for ages, but had done the regular rugs done by the same company. I used to give $800 for oriental rugs. The oriental rugs are taken away. After it is cleaned, they come back to hand over the cleaned rug along with the clean-up process pictures. The quality of the work is excellent. The price seems good to me, but since I have not used any other company therefore I am not aware of the comparison.
