 + 0 moreRobert was very professional. He came out, explained how the carpet would be cleaned, and rolled up the rug and took it to his facility to clean. He provided an exact figure for the rug. He was very prompt and the rug was cleaned and delivered when he promised. He did a beautiful job. We've had this rug since 2004, it was custom made, and this is it's first cleaning. I highly recommend Robert. We'll call him again.

 + 0 moreThe owner was professional, courteous, and cared a lot about our satisfaction. He spent a bit more time with the rug than we had anticipated, but it had been rolled up for decades and he needed to get the creases out. I think had we brought in a rug with less issues the timeline and price may have been a bit better, but overall we are very pleased.
Description of Work: Cleaned a 2.5' x 5' wool, hand-hooked rug. Because of the process in which it was made, it could not be washed like his other rugs, and required more hands-on detail work.

 + 0 moreRobert came to my house, inspected my rug, provided an estimate and took my rug. Robert came back the date he said he would return, with my SUPER CLEAN rug. The rug is beautiful. It looks new. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We were having a party, and Robert said he would get the rug back before the party and he delivered on his promise. Robert's service is exactly what I wanted. One phone call, prompt service, pick up and delivery and delivered on time.
Description of Work: Picked up my rug from my house. Robert wanted to know all about the rug - pets, spills, etc. Robert took the rug, cleaned it THOROUGHLY and returned it to my house on the date he promised.

Description of Work: He cleaned a very large hooked Stark area rug , family room furniture, and my outdoor(Sunbrella ) cushions. He did a great job on the area rug ,as it was quite soiled from kids and the dog.He also arranged to have one side of it rebound. I have had this rug cleaned before by Hagopian and they not only kept it for well over a month but did not clean it terribly well. Shuwb did a much better job in much less time. It should also be noted that Shuwb cleans all kinds of rugs, not just oriental so don't be misled by the name of the company. I was also really impressed by the cleaning he did on my outdoor cushions. I tried all sorts of things to try and get them clean and nothing worked. I'd pretty much given up on them. First he took one with him to see what he could do, and it came back SPOTLESS. I couldn't believe it. So I gave him all the rest of them to clean, and they ,too ,look like new.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. I have not done oriental rugs for ages, but had done the regular rugs done by the same company. I used to give $800 for oriental rugs. The oriental rugs are taken away. After it is cleaned, they come back to hand over the cleaned rug along with the clean-up process pictures. The quality of the work is excellent. The price seems good to me, but since I have not used any other company therefore I am not aware of the comparison.
